Want to try out throwing on the wheel once and for all, maybe with a partner or friend? During this workshop, you will learn the very first step of throwing on the wheel- creating a pot out of a ball of clay (centering, making the floor, pulling up walls) as well as the glazing of your pots (to give them color and make them glossy/waterproof).

Part 1 (±2,5 hours) of the workshop entails throwing some small bowls from a ball of clay (approx. 10cm diameter). These pots (maximum 3) will be trimmed by Tessa and then bisque fired after which they can be glazed! During Part 2 of the workshop (±1,5-2,5 hours, minimum 3 weeks later due to drying/firing) you can choose from any of the glazes available and glaze your own pieces.
